Blue iris
The picture was painted using Faber Castel polymer colour pencil. I then highlighted parts of the picture white gouache paint. The background is gold leaf.
The picture was painted on A3 Fabriano mixed medium 250gm paper, which is ideal for burnishing polymer colour pencils.
