I have always worked in an artistic capacity ever since achieving a BA in Textile Design at Winchester School of Art in 1979. After many years in design, the applied arts and qualifying as a teacher in 1992, a move with my family to Wales 5 years ago, has led me to combine and expand my love and passion for nature and art.
As a child, my solitary nature walks were legendary, so totally absorbed by nature as an observer, and now in my maturity, I feel I have found a space in my life to try and use the endless inspiration of the wild landscape in my paintings.
