Today I am a professional portrait, dog, figure and still life artist selling my work in a number of countries and taking regular commissions. I've had an eclectic life from art school to musician and designer to radio presenter and public speaking.I live and teach portraits and still life from my home in Lechlade.I've exhibited at a few galleries including the RA, Mall Galleries and some in my local area.I firmly believe that every artist is ten times better than they think they are and to make the most of your talent you need to do three things:1. Learn a few techniques to find what is right for you2. Look at the positives in your painting (this is how good you currently are) and don't judge yourself by the bits you have had trouble with3. Work on your confidence - the right tutor should focus on that!
