Pen and wash painting on 320gsm Watercolour paper. I enjoy creating the contrast between the sharpness of the pen, and the softness of the wash. I use quite a dry mix of Watercolour for these paintings as I feel I have more control. I also like to add in certain places an overlapping line of a water based black marker, which I then blend out with a damp brush.
