Landscape Moods 54: Star Gazing

Landscape Moods 54: Star Gazing depicts the shore line and the sea during the night. The skyline shows twinkling stars in silver, white and cream, peaking through the clouds, with a streak of aurora borealis or northern lights, in hot pinks and greens. This phenomenon can be seen in northern Scotland and even pats of England. The northern lights cause a swirling vortex type of effects in the sky and this creates a fascinating combination of colours. I have always been a lover of the stars and astrology and this piece explores my life long fascination.
