This romantic scene of adult swans and adorable cygnets is painted in a waterlily pond setting in tribute to one of my favourite artists, Claude Monet, and the swans were photographed not far from Monet's last home in Giverny, northern France. It is painted in acrylics on a square, stretched canvas and the painting goes round the edge of the frame so there is no need for it to be framed.
