I’m Lisa Paddon and I provide short courses in Classical Oil Painting Techniques.

From this course you will gain an understanding of creating an underpainting focusing on tonal value of dark medium and light, learn the process of creating oil paint from traditional pigments and applying layers of colour in between a glaze.

This process was used by the great masters and can be applied to any subject matter.

Suitable for all abilities to explore and go on to apply in their own studio.

Classes are based out of my home in Nettlebed, near Henley-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire.
