The London to Brighton Old Crocks Race
I Loved painting this and thought the headlamps and the red vintage car and umbrella brightened such a dull day on the Brighton Road. When I was having classes in my home I tried to vary the subjects that I was demonstrating. This was a very wet November day as you can see, so thought it would give a good example of a very atmospheric painting which the class also enjoyed doing.
