Barnsley and District Art Society

Barnsley and District Art Society is a long established,friendly art group which welcomes artists of all abilities.
We meet every alternate Tuesday evening (from Oct. 31st 2017 & Jan.16 2018) between 7 and 9 p.m. in Emmanuel Church, Huddersfield Road, Barnsley. We have a varied programme of activities which include demonstrations by professional artists, illustrated talks and opportunities to paint/draw. We go on sketching excursions to Galleries and local places of interest; occasionally hold exhibitions of work and participate in workshops guided by local artists.
If you would like to learn more about our group, you are welcome to come along to one of our meetings when you will get a taste of what we are about.
Annual subscription from October 2017-18 is £25
