Buttercross Art Society in Witney, Oxfordshire was established in May 2009 by nine friends who had been attending Art Classes together. We have interesting artists demonstrating and giving us workshops regularly. Amongst them were some very well known artists like, Trevor Waugh, Dee Cowell, Anouk Naumann, Ella Clocksin, Robin Hepworth, to name a few.
We meet on the first Tuesday of the month (ex Aug & Jan) in the Bethany Room, The Wesley Centre, High Street Methodist Church Witney OX28 6HG

There is usually a demonstration by a professional artist. The annual subscription fee is £30. Membership is open to the professional, amateur and beginner artists. Visitors are welcome and the charge for the evening is
£4. Workshops are arranged for members and they are individually priced.
