We are a sociably group of amature artists who paint for pleasure, using a variety of mediums, watercolour is one of the most popular but we also us acrylics pastels and encaustic.
Between us we have a good range of abilities and members are all willing to share experience, methods and ideas, from beginners upwards.
Occasionally we have a demonstration or workshop fron a Local Artist.
We hold one exibition a year with another local group and all are encouraged to have a go and enter, whatever our ability and so far have had great feedback from our visitors.
We also enjoy a of meal out at the end of each term, generally  we run mid Jan till mid July, Sept till mid Dec.
New members are always welcome, with a taster class free. Sessions are £5.00 pay as you come.
Come along and have a chat and a cupper and see what we do.

As an art group we originally started as 2 classes of varying abilities with local artist Delia Moth in Peakirk.
After several years we graduated to a self run group at Northborough Village Hall, since then we have had several local artist giving demonstrations and workshops. This has given us the confidence to stage 3 of our own shows/exhibitions and for some individuals to sell some of our own works.
Initially we all painted in watercolour but have since experimented with acrylic's, pen and wash, pastels and encaustic, which allows us to do our own work and to share with others ideas and experience.
Many members have come to the group as complete beginners, who last did art at school, just with a willingness to have ago. Its amazing what we can accomplish with this attitude.
We are a social group who also enjoys a chat and a cupper, with the odd meal out when funds permit.
