Coloured Pencil workshops in the heart of the New Fores with award winning artist, Victoria Manser.
The workshop will focus on an animal subject and explore how to use coloured pencils to achieve:
• depth and value in your drawings to really bring them to life
• colour selection and layering
• soft backgrounds with panpastels
• realistic fur and hair textures
• brilliant and expressive eyes
Materials will be available for use during the workshop and a basic line drawing on pastelmat will be supplied and is yours to keep along with a take home guide to keep you progressing at home. Each workshop will cover a different animal subject which will be carefully chosen to ensure you get the most from your time with Victoria.
The workshop will consist of a mix demonstrations and 1-to-1 help and will be suitable for those new to coloured pencil aswell as developing the skills of established artists. Groups will remain small to ensure lots of personal help and advice. Refreshments and a light lunch are also included.
