Magnificent Oak in the Cam valley
This view is from a little-used footpath close to the small river Cam, in Bath & Northeast Somerset. It was a warm summer's day with cloudy spells. The tree is enormous and impressively old, and demands to be painted. I was very happy to discover it and will return to paint it again and again I'm sure.
