Welcome to the West Wight Painting Circle!
The West Wight Painting Circle (WWPC) is a group of art enthusiasts of all ages, genders and abilities.
We meet regularly in West Wight to share, learn and have fun with art.
New members are always welcome whatever their experience.
Who are we and what do we do?
The WWPC is run by a small Committee who organise events throughout the year. These range from classes, workshops, talks, exhibitions, demonstrations, painting-out days and other social functions.
Our aim is to enjoy creating art, learning with and from each other in relaxed and happy surroundings.
Where do we do it?
Most of our classes and meetings are held at St Saviours Family Centre in Totland on a Wednesday.
The centre has a large, light room where we can paint or watch demonstrations in comfort. There is a kitchen which allows us to indulge in the all important cups of tea/coffee and biscuits. The hall has full disabled facilities with easily accessible loos, wheelchair access and ample free parking.
To find out more about how the group started and what we do, please read the About page or feel free to wander through our site.
Membership of the WWPC
Membership is only £10 p/a and runs from September 1st to August 31st each year.
Members receive newsletters 3 times a year, invitations to meetings, demonstrations & social activities; access to classes & workshops.
