The Flight of the Demoiselle
This original painting of a Demoiselle was painted using Acrylic inks with gold and copper leaf to produce a delicate picture. I was inspired to paint this after seeing the Demoiselle's dancing over the surface of the canal from our boat window. Their colours are stunning and so I just had to paint one. Painted onto a wooden panel, this painting has been varnished to protect the surface so no need for framing. D-rings on the back enable you to hang on the wall straight away. The picture measures 6" x 6" or 15 1/4 cm x 15 1/4 cm. The painting has been signed on the front and back of the picture.
