LIGHT THROUGH THE FOREST
You never know where inspiration you will find inspiration. I actually saw this scene on a programme on the tv about unusual gardens. The light and the fragmentation of the various plants attracted me. I painted it in three stages starting with an underpainting of bland light and colour areas which show through the next layers.
