The Doncaster Art Club founded in 1897, one of Yorkshire's earliest Art Clubs, has a tradition of encouraging painting, and boasted several well known artists in the past. It's current President is David Curtis ROI, RSMA.
The Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery still hosts our Annual Exhibition and has several works by past and present members in it's collection.
