Frimley And Camberley Society Of Arts

Frimley And Camberley Society Of Arts

Frimley and Camberley Society of Arts is an active group of enthusiastic artists who meet regularly to share their enjoyment of art. The society was originally formed in 1961. There are more than 100 members drawn from the area of North-West Surrey, South-East Berkshire and North-East Hampshire.

The society meets all year round on Friday evenings from 7:30-9:30pm (with a few exceptions) at the Adult Education Centre, France Hill Drive,Camberley. Members get together to watch demonstrations, learn new techniques, see a video, follow short courses or 'do their own thing'. There are occasional Saturday workshops with painting days and sketching events in the summer.

The main exhibition is held in July every year.  We are also lucky enough to have a permanent exhibition in the Heritage Gallery, Camberley, which we renew 3 to 4 times per year.
