The Society has close to 170 members and is very active in supporting members through education, weekly demonstrations and three dedicated exhibitions every year. An annual dinner is also part of the calendar of events. During the course of the year a substantial number of genre and mediums are covered and besides external speakers, members hold workshops in their own right. Membership also entitles you to exhibit and sell work at the exhibitions organized by the society.

The Royal Tunbridge Wells Art Society was founded in the early fifties and enjoys its own premises on the prestigious Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells Kent. Our members range from professional, trained and self-taught artists to improvers and beginners, all of whom are friendly and helpful.
