Savage Studios

Savage Studios offers open art sessions on Monday mornings from 10am till 12 noon and Thursday evenings from 7pm till 9pm. Private one on one and small group tuition is also available. Open art sessions cost £5 each, block booking of sessions is advised.
In addition to the open art sessions we offer a life drawing class on Monday evenings from 7pm till 9pm. Over 16s only. Life drawing sessions cost £10 each, student rate £5.
Artists of all abilities are welcome to the sessions and nobody should feel out of place. There is no formal tuition but we are friendly and always willing to help and give tips.
The emphasis is to improve and enjoy the experience.
The studio also offers one to one sessions, art advice and a framing service.
The tuition is given by Richard Savage.

Savage Art Studio has been open since 2000. We welcome artists from beginners through to improvers and professionals and strive to make the studio a relaxed, happy environment for everyone. It's been a delight to meet the artists who have come to draw and paint at the studio over the years, watching the tentative first steps of beginners as they develop their style and confidence, helping improvers further their technique and explore new areas and sharing studio space with professional artists is always a joy.
