We were originally a watercolour Art Class run by the Leicestershire Co-operative Society in Lutterworth, but when our tutor retired we set up the Art Group based at the Cotesbach Village Hall in South Leicestershire. We meet on Thursday evenings from 7.00 pm until 9.30 pm and have 17-active members. In addition to our original medium we now use oils, acrylics, pastels and pencils, in fact we will try anything. We regularly organise visits from professional artists for demonstrations or workshops, and hold an Exhibition annually in the village Church of St Mary's. New members are always welcome so come along and try us out and have a cup of coffee or tea with our group.
