Jean Briers is a self taught artist specialising in the natural world. She paints mainly in watercolours, mixed media and oils and paints animals in the landscape, pure landscapes,flowers and pets, in particular dogs. She is involved in Greyhound charities so many of her dog portraits are of these beautiful animals, but she also undertakes comissions for any breed. She aims to produce sensitive depictions of her subjects expressing the beauty of nature. She is available for demonstrations and workshops.
