I have a keen interest in all things creative and love to experiment with new materials and techniques. I specialize in watercolour and hope that through my teaching you too will enjoy learning and creating. I believe that even if you find drawing and painting a challenge you will improve within a supportive environment just by enjoying the process of creating.

After graduating from The London College of Printing in 1996 with a degree in Graphics & Media I worked for a design agency for two years before answering the call of teaching. In 1999 I graduated with a PGCE in Art & Design and taught in secondary schools to all levels for 13 years.

In 2012 I left teaching to start my own business 'Welcome to the Drawing Room' (now 'Tracey Bengeyfield Art') with the aim of bringing accessible and relaxed art classes to the local area, where like-minded people could meet up and just enjoy being creative without the pressure of exams. In 2021 I launched my Online Watercolour School which now has over 60 tutorials available. Each tutorial has a step-by-step guide, a photo resource, a line drawing and real time videos for you to use so you can paint along with me.
