As a self-taught artist, I have painted since childhood exploring drawing, watercolour and oil painting. Pastels however I discovered much later.
Pastels lit a fire in me I had never experienced. There was a real urgency and vitality in my painting and those pastels released an energy I did not know I had.
Landscapes, seascapes and townscapes have since become my forte. My art materials travel with me everywhere and I enjoy capturing local scenes working
