I painted this using a small flat brush and a limited palette of 6 colours - titanium white, lemon yellow, cadmium red, alizarin crimson, ultramarine, burnt umber. I've chosen it as one of the pieces I have to do for an acrylics class. We were to think of a concept and mine is "arts and entertainment" so I'm hoping to do paintings of singers, musicians, actors, dancers and maybe a theatre/stage door. I based it on an online photo but I'm not sure who the photographer is.
