After reading the article on Blind Drawing by Thea Cable I decided to try using the same technique to draw these sheep. I've drawn fruit and vegetables this way before but have never tried drawing animals. My style is usually very controlled and photographic but I really enjoyed this way of working and was amazed how quickly I was able to get an image onto the paper. I decided to keep the painting quite loose as well and overall I am quite pleased with the result and will definitely use this technique again
