Serenity
I am fascinated by faces and the human form. No matter how many times I stray to other subjects, the figure always draws me back. This lady has been painted in acrylic on a clear primed linen canvas which works really well as a natural background for skin tones. The focus rests mostly on the face - my favourite area to paint.
