Sycamore Seeds Original Watercolour Painting

Helen Clifford

This is a unique original watercolour painting of sycamore seeds – we used to call them helicopters because of the way the wings make them twirl round and round as they fall spinning from the tree. A bunch of paired seeds connected by one branching stem is painted as a simple study from nature.

Using artist-quality paints on heavy weight paper for a high-quality professional finish, the picture is presented in an off-white / pale cream colour mount, with a backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag. Measuring (with mount) 16” wide by 12” tall (image size 12” by 8”) - that’s approximately 40 by 30 (30 by 20) in cm - it will fit a readily-available standard-size frame.
