The Ruins on the Hill
I am surrounded by vertiginous hills and also old ruins dating back to the Romans and beyond - sometimes you can almost feel the energy of the past. I am really trying to catch the atmosphere of these places - although this is from my imagination, it derives from views and glimpses that are all about me. I really enjoyed playing around with watercolour, acrylic inks, and W&N's Granulation Medium.
