Brighton's Beautiful Royal Pavilion
On a visit to family who live near Brighton, I visited the Royal Pavilion - an amazing Grade I Listed previous Royal residence. In the late 1700's it was built for George, Prince of Wales who later became King George IV, as a seaside home. The onion shaped domes, and architecture appealed to me on this sunny warm day but were a real challenge to paint.
