Corner of Var, Provence
In a quiet corner of Var in Provence, France, was this stone building approached via stone steps rising gently beside the entrance, with garden over the way. The shuttered blue window, geraniums outside the door and on the steps, and the trees for me are all very evocative of the mediterranean way of life.
