This class will look at narrative drawings using pen and ink. The Grimm Brothers’ Fairy Tales, with their dark, scary stories, will be our starting point.

Materials required

Watercolour Paper preferably 300gsm hot or cold pressed
FIne Liner ink Pen ideally 0,2 to 0,5 or Indian ink and nib pen
watercolour brush
Watercolour paints
Possibly a copy of the Grimm Brothers’ stories
