A WATERCOLOUR PAINTING HOLIDAY with ANNE BARNHAM on the Devonshire Coast at the SIDHOLME HOTEL Elysian Fields, Sidmouth, Devon EX10 8UJ There are spacious landscaped grounds, proximity to East Devonshire?s countryside, coast and many other lovely places to paint. To relax; there is an indoor swimming pool, snooker room, table tennis and a bar. Monday 14th May to Saturday 19th May 2018, 5 nights, half board and all tuition £525  No single supplement, non-painting partners welcome. The course will start with a cup of tea and cake at 4pm on Monday, followed by a discussion and demonstration in the evening, and finish after breakfast on Saturday. Each day will begin with about one hour in the studio, working on relevant techniques and ideas for the day ahead. We will then be painting en plein air as much as possible. We shall travel to local areas, including the Jurassic Coast. In case of wet weather we have the use of a large room as a studio, so we can keep going!
