A WATERCOLOUR PAINTING HOLIDAY

There are 9 acres of wooded grounds, wonderful waterfalls, gardens and walks. Nearby there are castles, the River Wye and many other lovely places to paint. To relax; there is a swimming pool, tennis court, putting green and games room and bar.
Sunday 7th to Friday 12th May 2017
5 nights, half board and all tuition £475
No single supplement, non-painting partners welcome.
The course will start with a cup of tea and cake at 4pm on Sunday, followed by a discussion and demonstration in the evening, and finish about 3pm on Friday.
Each day will begin with about one hour in the studio, working on relevant techniques for the day ahead. We will then be painting en plein air as much as possible. We shall use the local scenes and grounds combined with interesting photographic references to provide an understanding of the wonderful way that watercolour works.
