Awakening
Inspred by the pansies in my garden which blossomed splendidly after the harsh winter hence its name "Awakending" Spring the giver of new life. Dutch metal and textural effects were used extensively and many coats of varnish were used to give a glass like finish. Painted on deep canvas with images contiued around the edges. A very contemporary piece.
