East Chaldon Church
East Chaldon is a tiny and remote village where some of the Powys family lived. I tried to add some character to the painting; tall porch with wavy roof and slanting and short tower. As ever I'm using two types of Derwent palettes, one for the vegetation, and another for the building. I'm enjoying these house portraits more and more.
