Trish’s flowers
Bunch of flowers from friends allottment. This isn’t a good painting at all! And it’s even worse now since I tried to “improve “ it. It’s done on Bockingford Rough. Even though I’m using artist quality paints, I find myself disappointed over and over again with how the paint looks when it dries. It seems to lose the luminosity that everyone attributes to watercolours. My fault? The paper’s fault? It’s not the paint or the brushes! So.....it’s me, isn’t it....☹️
