Honeysuckle with Painted Lady
This lead from the butterfly paintings previously and the experimental paintings of butterfly wings. I am also inspired by the work of Jean Haines and Janet Whittle. I saw this honeysuckle on the side of the road in somebodies garden and in my previous house outside my kitchen window. This inspired me to paint it and it also attracts many bees. Another exciting and fun painting with lots of technique.
