This is in the borders between Isle of Lewis and Isle of Harris, in the the heart of the mountains, during a snowy winter we suffered about 5 years ago. It is a large canvas, one of the biggest paintings I have tackled. I have warmed it up with a touch of red and a sunlight splash in the sky. I think it is a little Turneresque in style.
