Starlight Stags
I was inspired by the work of Gill Bustamante in the September issue of 2019. I am also inspired by the work of Rennie Mackintosh and William Morris. Together, this is one of the paintings I captured after experimenting with her style and using linseed oil as a base then softly blending with a mop brush and adding oil with wedge shaped brushes. I loved the effects and had loads of fun with this new technique.
