Wintry Cow Parsley
This is an exciting time of year for verges and roadside dried flowers. I have seen much cowslip and this is what I have observed out of the car window driving to Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis.
I experimented with technique including clingfilm crumpled up, sea salt, splashes and watercolour with acrylic inks. It was a fun painting to do.
