I saw this photo and embraced the challange of duplicating the beautiful light in Faber Castel Polychrome pencils, with white gouache overpaint to achieve the ripples in the water, the veins in the marble columbs, the splashes of the fountain and the sunlight highlights on the bulding.
It was painted on A3 Fabriano 230gm mied media papey
