Smokin’ hot
This was originally a stalk in calm waters but I was feeling more daring this day and decided why can’t he be smokin’ hot in the sea. A bit of a fire and ice effect. I put the smoke and waves going to the left as this is the direction of the breeze. Although he has a rolling cigarette in his mouth this is for effect. I do not like cigarettes myself or think smoking is good in any way but it kind of suits the fireball pelican in the sea.
It is a scorching summer day maybe he just feels like he is boiling and this is actually his mind on fire.
