The Calling Card
Although very vibrant and such a dramatic word, it comes from a place of stress, anger, frustration and upset. Therefore, jokingly called The Calling Card, a dark joke I guess.
This painting took lots more time than most of my others, although it does look frantically put together.
I started in the early hours as I could not sleep due to haunting nightmares.
This shows mixed emotions however, as you can see it really tells a story with the overpowering word of “Survivor”
I do believe that others that struggle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and those who are fortunate enough not to, can relate.
