King of Hearts
In a playful mood I decided to use well known faces to represent appropriate court playing cards. This was my first. I chose Henry VIII because of his history with 6 wives.

I used Faber Castel Polychrome pencils and white gouach on A3 Fabriano 160gm paper.
I based my detail from Photographs from the internet.
