Autumn's Gentle Drift, Penrose
I wanted to capture this beautiful lane in the Penrose Estate near Helston in all its autumnal glory! The light falling through the colourful leaves, throwing soft shadows onto the ground made me feel as if I was in a natural cathedral looking up at the sun shining through stained glass windows. I felt enclosed as if I was being sheltered and kept safe, the only sounds being the gentle rustle of the breeze through the branches and the crunch of the jewel-like leaves underfoot.
