A pastel pencil sketch of my niece on WN 160gms pastel paper. It was the first time I had used a burnisher on my pastel work and almost proved disastrous as I hadn’t realised that it was difficult/impossible to overlay further pastel after using the Burnisher. Luckily I used it in limited areas and the impact wasn’t that bad. The finished sketch was a present for my niece.
