Ralph

My intention was to paint the background and then just do the highlights on Ralph leaving the paper for the shadows. Unfortunately, as I found I was adding more coats of watercolour to get the required highlights I ended up having to use some black watercolour to bring back some of the shadows. I did use some white gouache to get maximum effect for the white of his eye. Definitely work in progress as I also bought some gouache to use on the paper as well.
