Winter Visitors

A watercolour painting created to honour the Oyster Catchers that appear in our neighbourhood each winter. Since we moved to our current house on the Northumberland coast, 5 Oyster Catchers have appeared each Winter. They can often be seen on the grassy areas above the beach. There is always at least 3 but often all 5 will be together.
Mixed brands of watercolour paints plus a small amount of Daler Rowney white gouache and Faber Castell ink pens on Cotman 300gms cold pressed paper.
