Sun and Cloud over Blyth Silos
This was the second of 3 paintings I did for a local Exhibition. The 3 paintings were all of landmarks which I see each day when I walk the dogs and each one was done using a different medium.
Of the 3 landmarks, this is the one that amazes me the most as its appearance varies the most depending on the weather conditions. On this occasion I decided to use the pointed shape the Silos to construct the rest of the painting to give it a fragmented structure.
